A passion for hospitality - this guiding principle not only reflects our corporate philosophy, but is also reflected in our actions - we are committed to sustainability and environmental protection. We have made it our mission to minimise our ecological footprint and at the same time have a positive impact on the local community.

In the independent certification by the leading Swiss sustainability seal, the company achieved a very good overall result in the five sustainability dimensions:

Quality of management
Sustainability is consciously anchored in management. Internal structures and processes are adapted accordingly: Employee management, internal organisation, controlling, guest orientation, innovation.

Ecology - careful use of resources
The careful use of resources is important to the company. It therefore pays attention to environmental compatibility and potential savings in terms of energy, water, waste, purchasing, furnishings and surroundings.

Regionality - regional roots and authenticity
Value creation should remain in the region wherever possible and strengthen it. In this way, the business creates jobs, supports traditions, reduces transport routes and generates enthusiasm for regional specialities and special features.

Social - maintaining the social balance
Guests and employees should feel comfortable. The business ensures that the general conditions are harmonious for everyone: Consideration of guests' wishes, fair and supportive working conditions for employees, inclusion of suppliers, harmony with the local population, accessibility.

We are part of the Swisstainable sustainability programme and are classified as Level III - leading. By participating in the programme, we commit to continuous sustainable corporate development, pursue measures in the area of sustainability and thus make a concrete contribution to sustainable Swiss tourism.

OK:GO - we are part of the initiative

The OK:GO initiative makes the accessibility information of a tourist offer available to the public. The aim is to meet the individual needs of a heterogeneous society and to include people with disabilities.
