Have you brought your charging cables with you, but they are not compatible with our sockets? No problem, we have a large selection of adapters available for you at reception.

Bicycle
Would you like to explore Basel on wheels? We are happy to lend you a bicycle and helmet at reception.

The hotel's own storage room is available on the hotel premises and can be locked.

Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Saturday: 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Sunday: 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Children's equipment
We are happy to provide a baby cot, diaper pail, bottle warmer, and changing mat in your room. Our natural garden is the perfect place to play and relax.

Departure
Check-out: by 11 a.m.
For a late check-out, please contact reception.

Fitness center
Our partnership with Medical Fitness allows you to use the gym free of charge. If you are interested, please speak to our reception team and you will receive a voucher.

Flowers
We would be happy to arrange a beautiful bouquet of flowers for you. Please let us know the day before.

Guest lounges
On the 3rd and 4th floors, you will find our freely accessible guest lounges with free coffee and tea stations.

Iron
If you need to iron something, you are welcome to borrow an iron from our colleagues at reception.

Laundry service
Would you like to have your clothes freshened up? Simply hand in your laundry at reception. There you will receive a laundry bag and a laundry list to label your items. The service is available for a fee.

Lost keys
We charge CHF 70.00 for lost room keys. You are welcome to return your key to reception when you leave the hotel.

We are happy to store your luggage in our luggage room.

Lunch package
Our kitchen team will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you. Please notify reception by 10:00 a.m. if you would like one.

Sunday: 7.30am - 11am

Our restaurant is also open outside these times for events and banquets.

Parking
Parking spaces on the hotel grounds or in our underground car park are available for our guests to use.
Parking spaces are subject to a charge.
There are two charging stations for electric vehicles (operator: IWB) in our underground car park.

All rooms have their own safe where you can store your valuables for your security. You will find the safe and the accompanying instructions in the wardrobe in your room. We accept no responsibility for your valuables.

Smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, so smoking is only permitted in front of the hotel building or on the balcony. Otherwise, we will charge a fee of CHF 100.00 per room for additional cleaning.

Telephone
Do you need a telephone for internal communication? You can borrow telephones from reception for a deposit.

Toiletries
Have you forgotten something? Our reception will be happy to help you.

Umbrellas
We won't leave you out in the rain! We will be happy to provide you with an umbrella at our reception desk.

Waterbag
In summer, the Kleinbasel banks of the Rhine are the place to be! Lent your “Wickelfisch” at the reception and put your clothes in the swim bag to simply float down on the gentle current through the picturesque Old Town.  Further information on water temperature and rules of conduct on the Rhine can be found here.

Yoga mat
We will be happy to provide you with a yoga mat at reception so that you don't have to miss out on your exercises during your stay.
