You will receive a laundry bag and a laundry list at Reception.
Please fill out the list and hand it together with your clothes to the reception team. The service is available for a fee.

Smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, so smoking is only permitted in front of the hotel building.
Otherwise, we will charge a fee of CHF 200.00 per room for additional cleaning.

Swimming in the river Rhine
In summer, the banks of the Rhine in Kleinbasel are the place to be!
Pick up your “Wickelfisch” at the reception and pack your clothes in the swim bag,
then simply let the gentle current carry you through the picturesque Old Town.
