TECHNOLOGY

Equip your room with our professional infrastructure - for a successful event and a smooth process. By making your selection early on, you make the organization easier for us and for yourself.

We offer you a wide range of technology and accessories. Additional pin boards, flipcharts and presentation cases are available for daily hire in the standard technology area. Adapters (USB, USBC, HDMI) and international power plugs can also be added if required.

Depending on the room, we offer a microphone system and a limited number of additional microphones, laptops and pointers for presentations. A Meeting Owl is available for hybrid meetings with up to 12 people (CHF 120.00 per day, only available once).

If you require additional infrastructure, please do not hesitate to contact us directly - we will be happy to advise you individually.

CATERING

Make your event an enjoyable one - with our varied aperitif and dinner options, lovingly put together by our kitchen team.

Whether as a prelude or as a convivial finale - our aperitif menu offers the right choice for every occasion. From the classic aperitif with sparkling wine, puff pastries and small snacks to seasonally inspired variations with homemade punch, cream cheese, olives and a fine selection of bread - our kitchen provides the atmospheric setting.

For the subsequent dinner, we offer you either a set menu or a carefully arranged buffet. We will be happy to advise you personally and work with you to put together the right culinary offer for your event.

OVERNIGHT STAY

For seminars lasting several days, your participants can comfortably stay overnight at Hotel ODELYA. This allows you to combine intensive working days with a restful night's sleep - without having to change location. We will be happy to reserve a suitable room contingent for your group and advise you on our overnight accommodation offers.
